Happy National Day, Singapore!

That's my best attempt at being patriotic on a day like this. (Technically it's alrdy passed National day, but I haven't slept!)

Spent my day lazing away on the bed, watching Survivor, napping, waking up at 8pm only to realise that NDP is alrdy over, had dinner, watched a few more ep of Surivor, and finally got started w/ final report. It's around 5% done now!

Went on a date w/ Suri about 2 weeks ago?? Bought bread from this shop. It's pretty gd, but a 'lil on the expensive side. Anyway I took this picture b/c I thought this paperbag is really nice. It's in my collection of paperbags now. Hehehe.

Went Toastbox for after dinner dessert/place to rest.

Then we walked along Orchard Rd and saw this artist drawing portraits of people, so we decided to go for a try!

Resembles us, no? K la, resembles Suri more, but I guess mine isn't that bad too.

Had an impromptu bbq w/ my bro & his gf on that Friday night. Invited Jh, Hannah & Zhenting too!

Comes Saturday, and it was another round of bbq agn. This time it's at a resort in Pasir Ris tht Hannah's family booked for the weekend. The food IS EVEN BTR. Everything thr was just wonderful. (I'm not trying to suck up.) Painting nails aft dinner for something to do.

And last weekend we had a surprise for Daisy for her b'day which was on 7th August! :) Wonderful looking flower.

Floating balloon! I love floating balloons, esp. see-through ones (hint hint to Suri).

Thr we were at Fort Canning Park intending to enjoy movies while hving picnic.

But turned out thr were too many ppl, we were lucky to even be able to find a spot to sit, let alone finding gd spots to view the movie.

Sunday was study day w/ baby boy at Woodlands Regional Lib.

Stayed thr for abt 2hrs, and went off for a movie. :O

Walked ard, played w/ soft toys in Kiddy Palace, went on a shopping spree for a while as mentioned in prev post, etc.

Toast box agn for dinner. Pretty gd curry thr!
